Worldwide Shipping
We currently ship to most countries from the USA. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- 2–5 business days after production
- 10–30 business days after production
Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import taxes?
No hidden fees or surprises. We collect all applicable duties and import taxes at checkout for international orders. What you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay, no surprises at delivery.
Production Time
Each piece is made-to-order with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Why is shipping slightly higher?
We include a small handling fee in shipping to cover fulfillment taxes from our production partners. This helps us stay aligned as we grow. Thank you for supporting our mission.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
Restricted Locations
At this time, we’re unable to ship to certain regions due to carrier limitations (such as North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and Crimea).
Returns & Refunds
At Signal & Soul, each piece is made to order with sacred intention. As part of our commitment to sustainability and soulful craftsmanship, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of heart.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right, no return required.
We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect
- It is damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item or size
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
